Top Molding Mount Strip 8'x1 3/16"x3/4" is designed to provide a secure, level attachment point for crown moldings, stacked moldings, and decorative trim installed above cabinetry. The TMMS8 simplifies installation by creating a stable anchoring surface, ensuring proper alignment and consistent spacing between cabinetry and applied moldings.
Constructed from solid hardwood with an interlocking tongue profile
Tongue interlocks with groove in rear of crown molding to simplify installation on top of cabinets
Once attached to crown molding and cut to desired length the combined molding can be screwed to the top of the cabinets
Use of a miter block or compound miter saw is recommended for cutting molding
